We hear so much about the imporance of an HLR / HSS for an MVNO, since the first ones I worked on over 20 years ago it was debated for years with the regulators; but what does that actually mean and how is cloud mvno changing the game in 2022 and beyond.

    Hello,
    I guess MVNOs (especially full MVNOs) need Steering of Roaming (SOR) solution in addition to HSS/HLR. In today’s competitive environment, having HLR/HSS is the bare necessity. MVNOs need to independently administer roaming agreements and steer traffic based on their business targets.
